The arranger has transformed the work into a tiny concertino giving lots of the band little four-measure pieces of the “pie.”\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eConductors might note that it would be permissible to skip some of the four-bar sections to either shorten the roughly-five-and-a-half-minute duration or allow performance if soloists are unavailable or instrumentation is incomplete.
